In-Store Bicycle Purchase:
Although bicycles returns are not accepted, we at North Shore Cycle want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase - Bicycles can be exchanged for another product within 14 days of purchase. Exchanged bicycles will incur a 10 % exchange fee. *Exchanged bicycles must be in original condition. Additional fees may incur based on any damage, use, or wear of the exchanged item.
Shipped Bicycle Purchase:
We recommend all bikes purchased through North Shore Cycle be assembled by a certified bike shop mechanic. If the bicycle is not assembled by a certified bike shop mechanic, any warranty may be void. If you do have any issues with your purchase or warranty concern please contact us at email@example.com so we can best resolve your issue. Ship returns via UPS Ground (we do not accept CODs). We will refund shipping costs on damaged merchandise only. Merchandise returned that appears used will be subject to a restocking fee.
Returns over $100 must have a return authorization number clearly marked on the outside of the package. A return authorization number can be obtained by phone at 781-581-2700, or e-mail at: email@example.com.
** Specialty Items:
NSC will only accept return of specialty items if they are defective. Customers will be notified of these items in advance via email before the order is processed.
All service work is guaranteed for 60 days. Installed parts are warrantied for one year against defects.
North Shore Cycle is not responsible for items left over 60 days from time of drop off. Please pick-up your service items promptly once completed. If service work estimate is not approved or paid items must be pick-up within 10-days. Items left over 60 days will incur a $30 per month storage fee. Due to storage capacity, items left over 180-days will be salvaged and discarded

Since many SE bikes are very limited, pre-orders are a great way to insure delivery of your bike once available. Your purchased will be shipped as soon as the item arrives in stock. Tracking information will be sent to the email on purchase order.
