Online Bike Purchases

Bikes are shipped unassembled - assembly is required.
All bikes purchased through North Shore Cycle MUST be assembled by a certified bike shop mechanic. If the bike is not built by a certified bike shop mechanic, any warranty will be void. Damaged caused by assembly errors are not covered under warranty.
We will request a shop receipt as proof of professional assembly.
Shipped bicycles cannot be returned or exchanged - Please be sure your order is accurate before placing an on-line order.

If you do have any issues with your purchase please text us @ 781-581-2700 or email us at sales@nscycles.com so we can best determine how to resolve your issue.
Please include order number, date of purchase, description of issue.

Warranty does not apply to the following:
• Any part damaged by improper assembly or installation
• Normal wear and tear parts (including saddles, grips, tires, tubes, cables, brake pads, chains)
• Any part or product that has been altered or misused
• Damage from unintended style of riding, abuse, neglect, skidding, or accident
• Failure to provide regular maintenance of any product.

Labor and shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
We do not cover parts purchased and labor performed by another bike shop.
Note: Warranty is for original owner only.

RETURNS

Bike Purchases:
Shipped bicycles cannot be returned or exchanged - Please be sure your order is accurate before placing an order.
In-store bike pickup purchases cannot be returned. Depending on the purchase conditions, an exchange may possible within 5 days of purchase if the bike is in new, un-used condition. Any bike exchange will incur a service fee of 15%. Additional fees my be incured if the bike has signs of wear. Please be sure your order is accurate before purchase.

Parts and accessories must be returned within 14 days of purchase date.
Please include order number, date of purchase, description of issue. *Returned items must be in new, un-mounted, original condition and in original packaging:
Ship returns via UPS Ground (we do not accept CODs). Merchandise returned that appears used will be subject to fees based on condition.

Returns over $100 must have a return authorization number clearly marked on the outside of the package. A return authorization number can be obtained by texting 781-581-2700, or e-mail at: sales@nscycles.com.

WARRANTY

Warranty

Bike Purchases:
North Shore Cycle provides the original retail purchaser of each new SE bicycle a one year warranty against defects and materials. Proof of purchase is required before a claim can be processed
Bikes are shipped unassembled - assembly is required. All bikes purchased through North Shore Cycle MUST be assembled by a certified bike shop mechanic. Warranty Voids and Exclusions:
- Any part damaged by improper assembly or installation
- Normal wear and tear items (including saddles, grips, tires, tubes, cables, brake pads, chains)
- Damage due to climatic conditions such as rain, sun, excessive heat, and exposure to salt air are not covered under warranty
- Any part or product that has been altered or misused
- Damage from unintended style of riding, abuse, neglect, skidding, or accident
• Damage for failure to provide regular maintenance and lubrication of any product.

Labor and shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
Labor charges for the replacement or changeover of parts are the responsibility of the consumer

SERVICE

SERVICE
All service work is guaranteed for 60 days. Installed parts are warrantied for one year against defects.

SERVICE STORAGE:
North Shore Cycle is not responsible for items left over 60 days from time of drop off. Please pick-up your service items promptly once completed. If service work estimate is not approved items must be pick-up within 10-days. Items left over 60 days will incur a $30 per month storage fee. Due to storage capacity, items left over 90-days may be salvaged and discarded

SHIPPING CHARGES (Continental U.S.)

Bikes and parts are shipped UPS Ground. Bikes are shipped insured and signature requirded.

Note: UPS Shipping time does not include weekend days. Weekdays only.
Note: Orders usually ship out in 1-3 business day after being placed.
Please note that some items may be subject to additional shipping charges because of size or weight.

If your item / box arrives damaged, please text photos to 781-581-2700 so we can file a UPS claim.
