RETURNS

In-Store Bicycle Purchase:
In-store bicycle purchases are not eligble for return - In-store bike purchases can be exchanged for another product within 10 days of purchase. Exchanged bicycles will incur a 10 % exchange fee. *Exchanged bicycles must be in new, original condition. Additional fees may incur based on damage, use, or wear of the exchanged item.

Shipped Bicycle Purchase:
Shipped bicycles cannot be returned or exchanged - Please be sure your order is accurate before placing an on-line order. Bikes are shipped unassembled - assembly is required. We recommend all bikes be assembled by a certified bike shop mechanic. If the bicycle is not assembled by a certified bike shop mechanic, warranty may be void. Damaged caused by assembly errors are not covered under warranty. If you do have any issues with your purchase please text us @ 781-581-2700 or email us at sales@nscycles.com so we can best resolve your issue. Please include order number, date of purchase, description of issue.

Warranty does not apply to the following:
• Any part damaged by improper assembly or installation
• Normal wear and tear parts (including saddles, grips, tires, tubes, cables, brake pads, chains)
• Any part or product that has been altered or misused
• Damage from unintended style of riding, abuse, neglect, skidding, or accident
• Failure to provide regular maintenance of any product.

Labor and shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
We do not cover parts purchased and labor performed by another bike shop.
Note: Warranty is for original owner only.

Ship returns via UPS Ground (we do not accept CODs). We will refund shipping costs on damaged merchandise only. Merchandise returned that appears used will be subject to a restocking fee.

Returns over $100 must have a return authorization number clearly marked on the outside of the package. A return authorization number can be obtained by phone at 781-581-2700, or e-mail at: sales@nscycles.com.

** Specialty Items:
NSC will only accept return of specialty items if they are defective. Customers will be notified of these items in advance via email before the order is processed.

SERVICE

SERVICE
All service work is guaranteed for 60 days. Installed parts are warrantied for one year against defects.

SERVICE STORAGE:
North Shore Cycle is not responsible for items left over 60 days from time of drop off. Please pick-up your service items promptly once completed. If service work estimate is not approved or paid items must be pick-up within 10-days. Items left over 60 days will incur a $30 per month storage fee. Due to storage capacity, items left over 90-days will be salvaged and discarded

SHIPPING CHARGES (Continental U.S.)

Bikes and parts are shipped UPS Ground. Bikes are shipped insured and signature requirded.

Note: UPS Shipping time does not include weekend days. Weekdays only.
Note: Orders usually ship 1-2 business day after being placed.
Please note that some items may be subject to additional shipping charges because of size or weight.

If your item / box arrives damaged, please text photos to 781-581-2700 so we can file a UPS claim.
